At Jasminesie, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Original tags are still attached.
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted. This follows common apparel retail practices similar to Ashley Stewart's policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without their original tags.
  • Personalized or customized products, if applicable.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not return any item before receiving return instructions from our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective.
  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item was damaged during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Jasminesie cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method, consistent with standard e-commerce practices.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
